Nutritional Consults are based on: client interview and Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, including Blood Type, as well as client and diet history. Other helpful tests include: Adrenal Stress Test, 24 hour Urinanalysis, and M/F Hormone Panel.

• Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis - For a Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, lab work must be available. Either I can order for you, or you can bring it from your doctor.
The initial-basic nutritional consultation is 60-90 minutes and can even be completed over the phone or Skype which is free video/phone conferencing. Short consults are 30-45 minutes and do not include full analysis like the basic nutritional consultation.
After the basic nutritional consultation, future consults are recommended every 2 or 3 months, depending upon the health need and client's preference. Fees are paid prior to the appointment using either Squared or Paypal prior to schedule. The Squared system can be used anywhere, and takes credit as well as cash.
Functional Blood Chemistry
This is my standard nutritional assessment of all my clients and it utilizes Biotics Blood Chemistry Analysis Software. Functional Blood Chemistry uses a different set of reference numbers than medicine and lower markers because health usually means avoiding 'dis-ease states'. This helps to create a healthier lifestyle going forward.
Test results are usually available 24 hours after the blood draw from Labcorp, so this can be a fast process, when the test is ordered from Health For Life, LLC. It is powerful tool that shows the direction a body is going and allows a chance to perhaps change that direction. It allows me to target an area that is pinpointed as an imbalance.
This lab testing is reasonable and fast, when I order it, however, clients are also welcome to provide me with lab testing done by their doctor's office if it is recent, within the past 2 months and includes at minimum: D3, CBC, Thyroid tests, and Uric Acid.
Other highly recommended tests for a initial visit include an Hormone and Adrenal Stress Test, which gives cortisol levels throughout the day and includes a gluten sensitivity test. This initial test is used to record baseline adrenal levels for comparison as the client's basic health improves with a long-term holistic health balancing approach.
This is the standard test I recommend that can be ordered from Health for Life, LLC: • Comprehensive M/F Complete Wellness Panel (CWP) - approx. 50 blood markers, approx. This is a very reasonable test and comes from Labcorp, has results ready usually in 24 hours. It include: WBC, RBC, hemoglobin, hematocrit, lymphocytes, monocytes, MCH mean, MCH mean, MCHC mean, MCV mean, neutophils, platelets, RDW, total T-4, T3 uptake, FTI, TSH, Total Cholesterol, LDL, HDL, cholesterol ratio, triglycerides, Alt or SGPT, Albumin, Alk Phosphate, Albumin Globulin ratio, AST or SGOT, billirubin, total globulin, LDH, protein, GGT, BUN, creatine, uric acid, BUN/creatine, eGFR, iron, calcium, phosphorus, chloride, potassium, sodium, carbon dioxide, and glucose.
Other Common Nutritional Lab Tests
• Adrenal Stress Test (ASI) - via Saliva, incl: Cortisol, SigA, Gliadin, approx. The best part about this test is it shows cortisol levels throughout the day and night and gives a marker for gluten (gliadin) sensitivity all for one low price. The drawback is it takes a couple of weeks to process this test.
• Food Allergens Test - via Fingerprick, appox. 100 basic foods, or can be done with Zytos
• Vitamin D3 - via blood. D3 is known commonly as a marker for inflammation and even cancer in the body. Most people have notoriously low Vitamin D3 levels. This can be a lab test or home test.
• Hair Test for Toxic Elements - toxic metals and mineral levels. For anyone concerned with metals toxicity.
24-Hour Loomis Urinanalysis (Digestion and PH Function)
This test is the gold standard in enzyme and metabolic functioning - basically, how well are you using and breaking down the foods that you eat.
This test shows digestion and PH function and is used mainly to determine what foods the body is not digesting properly. Leftover food particles become toxic to the body and this allows for a more thorough understanding of which nutritional products and/or food enzymes will be beneficial. This test includes: colon toxicity/indican, calcium and magnesium, PH balance, specific gravity, sediment, calcium phosphate, uric acid, calcium oxalate,vitamin C, and non-protein nitrogen.
This is a test with great information on how you are processing the foods you eat and it is both reasonable and fast. It includes the Metabolic Interpretation from the Loomis Institute which includes: bowel toxicity, absorption/digestion, dietary stress, mineralization, electrolytes, tonicity, kidney concentration, vitamin C, metabolism - catabolic or anabolic.
Zyto Technology - Bio-Assessments
Introducing ZYTO Technology! Think of it as either a very advanced form of muscle testing. This program has bio-assessments that link to over 136 different profession companies and their products. Zyto Bio-Assessment is a way to communicate with your body via electronic signalling from your hand and fingers to the Zytos System!
The MAJOR ADVANTAGE TO ZYTOS IS IT DOES ALL THE TESTING WITH A SIMPLE HAND CRADLE AND THE CLIENT'S HAND and it can easily be done long-distance. The Bio Assessment Technology uses BioScans to measure the frequencies in the hand and fingers. It will recommend supplements to balance the body systems, checking all organs and systems at the same time. The result is a full report of what each client's 'electronic signature' says to the Zytos Biotechnology System, that is emailed to each client at the end of each session.

Inonic Cleanse Footbath is very beneficial to the body, both for relaxation, stress relief and to assist in natural detox from the tissues. 30 minutes per session - Includes some basic nutritional consulting during session. Usually session are done at the rate of 1 session per week for about 6 to 12 weeks. Can be before or after healing work, hypnotherapy and/or a Nutritional Consultation.

Far Infrared Mineral Heat Lamp Sessions
Far Infrared Mineral Heat Lamps are very beneficial to the body, both for relaxation, stress relief and to assist in natural detox from the tissues. Relax under a heat lamp while lying on a massage table, with comforting meditation playing softly in the background. Choose either a 45 or 60 minute per session. It can also be added as a service either before or after healing work, hypnotherapy and/or a Nutritional Consultation.
Integrated Imagery Sessions
Integrated Imagery sessions are very relaxing and helpful in stress reduction, as well as releasing buried traumas and negative emotions. Sessions are approximately 1 hour - 1 1/2 hours, with the initial session usually the longest.

Hypnotherapy sessions are very relaxing and helpful in stress reduction, as well as releasing buried traumas and negative emotions. Hypno can be used for various things, but especially for WEIGHT CONTROL and SMOKING CESSATION. It is considered and researched to be most effective in these two cases, however, it is also beneficial to uncover the reasons why we make certain decisions, or seem to be 'stuck' in harmful behavior patterns. Sessions are approximately 1 hour with the initial session usually lasting about 15 minutes longer.
Healing Sessions
Healing sessions can be very stress-relieving and relaxing. They aid in removing some of the buried traumas and emotions we all hold in our physical bodies. They are very helpful when working to balance the physical body because each person heals body, mind and soul. Healing sessions work on all three of these at once.
