There are many simple ways to start to achieve better health.  Of these, my first preference is always straight from the old natural health guru, Dr. Bernard Jensen – add psyllium daily.  See    Start with a tiny amount, then gradually increase to about 1 TBsp per day in a large 16 oz glass of your favorite natural beverage!  Some call it ‘natural colon cleansing’ but I think of it as the ‘plumber’ our bodies need!
